Exhibition dates and hours
Exhibition will held on June 5th and 6th 2018 at Polytechnique Montreal, Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Exhibit hours have been scheduled to provide maximum interaction between conference attendees and exhibitor personnel:
Noon to 5:00 p.m.
10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Note: Exhibitors are allowed to access to their Booth/Table for set-up from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday and Wednesday, June 5th and 6th respectively.
Exhibit Booth-table (Price is 1250$ CAD)
Seven spaces (T1 to T7) are available at the 1st floor of Lassonde hall, face to room M1100. Each space includes:
Two days exhibition (Tuesday: noon to 5:00 p.m. and Wednesday: 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
- Exhibition space provided: one table (6′x3′) and two chairs
- One (1) representative (for additional representatives, the company must pay the registration fees)
- Electrical supply available
- Lunchs for one (1) person (On Tuesday and Wednesday)
- Advertisement on the WPTC website and the program booklet
